e-Gift Card Questions & Answers

    Purchasing an e-Gift Card
  • We use Squareup.com to process our e-Gift Cards.
  • e-Gift Cards can be sent to someone instantly or can be scheduled to be sent on a future date.
  • When buying an e-Gift card, Squareup.com will send a receipt for the purchase to the buyer’s chosen email address and send an email to the e-Gift Card recipient notifying them of the gift.
  • We do not take responsibility for incorrect entry of the purchaser’s or recipient’s email address, so please make sure your send instructions are correct.
  • If the eGift Card is sent to a valid email address, but not the correct email address due to a typo, you’ll need to contact Onsite Auto Detailing, LLC so we can clear the gift card balance and refund the payment. Once this is done, the e-Gift Card can be repurchased and sent to the correct person. 
  • If you enter an invalid email address for the recipient, once the email bounces back to you, you will receive a notification email with an option to update the recipient email address.
    Redeeming an e-Gift Card
  • e-Gift Cards must be redeemed for services at Onsite Auto Detailing, LLC.
  • e-Gift Cards must be purchased and redeemed in the U.S dollar currency.
  • e-Gift Cards can be used to partially or fully contribute to an Onsite Auto Detailing, LLC purchase. If the e-Gift Card value does not cover the total cost of the service, the recipient must use additional payment methods (e.g., cash, check, credit card) in order to pay the balance for the service.
  • Remaining balance on e-Gift Cards cannot be transferred to another person, transferred to a cash value, or redeemed for cash. Remaining balance must be used toward Onsite Auto Detailing, LLC services.
  • The recipient of the e-Gift Card must contact Onsite Auto Detailing, LLC at 203-584-1594 to arrange for a convenient location and time for service.
    Cancelling an e-Gift Card or Requesting a Refund
  • e-Gift Card customers have the option to manually cancel their e-Gift Card if send has not already been initiated.
  • Customers wishing to cancel an e-Gift Card once it has been purchased should contact Onsite Auto Detailing customer service at 203-584-1594.
  • An e-Gift Card refund will only be issued to the credit card with which it was originally purchased and the e-Gift Card will be cancelled.
